We don’t accept returns or refunds because of the nature of the products. Product returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Photographic proof of the damaged product and the original packaging might be required for an investigation and to complete the return. If necessary, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit after confirming the problem.
Please note that Aesthetics Depot will pay the shipping charges for returns of damaged or faulty goods. However, damages brought on by usage or after the goods have been delivered are not our responsibility.
