It is a non-laser, non-radiofrequency skin rejuvenation device that uses a patented technology called Thermo-Mechanical Action (TMA®). Instead of using laser light, it transfers precisely controlled heat from a heated titanium tip to the skin for a fraction of a second. This creates microscopic thermal zones that stimulate collagen and elastin production while leaving the surrounding skin largely intact.
