1.Return & Refund Policy
At Aesthetics Depot, we prioritize safety, regulatory compliance, and the integrity of all products sold, especially medical-grade dermal fillers, injectables, and medical devices. Given the nature of these products, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to industry regulations.
Non-Returnable Products:
To maintain the highest standards of product safety, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following products, unless stated otherwise:
- Dermal Fillers (e.g., Hyaluronic Acid, Biostimulators, etc.)
- Â Injectable Medical Devices
- Â Prescription-Only Medical Devices
- Â Consumable Items (e.g., Needles, Syringes, Cannulas, Tips, etc.)
- Sealed, Sterile, or Single-Use Products
- Â Opened or Tampered Products
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.
- We will replace the defective product or issue a store credit for the affected item.
- Â Shipping costs for the return of damaged or incorrect products will be covered by Aesthetics Depot.
Eligible Returns (Unopened Items):
Certain unopened, sealed, and resalable items may be eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 7 business days of receipt.
- The product is in original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals intact.
- Â The product is not prescription-only or sterile, single-use.
- Â The product is not expired and is within its shelf life.
- Return request is pre-authorized by our support team.
- Â A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned items.
2. Warranty Policy
Aesthetics Depot is a distributor for several world renown medical device brands like Incredible Laser Therapeutic Systems, Dr. Pen, MCCM Medical Cosmetics in Canada and the United States of America. The brands provide limited warranty for medical devices purchased, including laser hair removal systems, skin rejuvenation devices, and other medical aesthetic equipment. Please refer to each brand’s warranty policy on their website. The warranty policy ensures that any material defects or workmanship failures under normal use are covered, as outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers:
- Â Material defects and workmanship failures under normal use for the following periods:
- Â Laser Hair Removal Systems: 12 months from the date of delivery
- Â Other Medical Devices: 12 months from the date of delivery
Covered Components:
- Internal hardware failures
- Â Electrical or mechanical defects
- Â Malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Â Misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
- Â Improper maintenance (e.g., failure to follow cleaning or storage protocols)
- Â Consumable parts such as tips, handpieces, bulbs, and cables
- Â Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect performance
- Â Battery issues, charging problems, or issues beyond the warranty period
- Â Devices repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

• A description of the issue and any troubleshooting attempts3. Initial Diagnosis:
Our support team will assess the claim and will provide level 1 technical support over the phone/Video.
Repairs or Replacements:
Once the warranty claim is verified, Aesthetics Depot will facilitate:
- Â Repair the defective parts or issue a replacement device at no additional charge (subject to availability).
- Â Turnaround time for repairs is typically 5-10 business days (excluding shipping).
- Â If replacement is required, a new or equivalent unit will be sent based on availability.
Level 1 Biomedical engineers shall decide on escalating the support to Level 2 and Level 3 through our network of locally available biomedical engineers across Canada and the United States. In certain remote locations where we do not have a local engineer, we may request you to ship the device back to us for repairs. Please note that in certain metropolitan regions, we may be able to arrange a loaner device if we assess that the device may take longer than normal service time for repairs.
Warranty Limitations:
The warranty covers repair or replacement only and does not include:
- Â Regular maintenance, including cleaning, calibration, and software updates.
- Â Damage from improper handling, maintenance, or use outside of intended purposes.
3. Return of Defective Devices
In the event a device must be returned for repair or replacement under warranty:
- Â Securely package the device to prevent further damage during transit.
- Â Return shipping costs will be covered by Aesthetics Depot for warranty-approved claims.
- Â A return shipping label will be provided upon approval of the warranty claim.
4. Extended Warranty & Service Plans
We offer extended warranty plans for additional protection beyond the standard warranty. These plans must be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please inquire with our support team for more details.
5. Warranty Transferability
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
6. Disclaimers
- This warranty policy represents the sole remedy for defective devices. Aesthetics Depot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or use of the device.
